Went to Jazz Experience Center in Blue Area today.

Got my prepaid number converted to eSIM in less than 5 minutes.

Before issuing, I confirmed with the guy at the counter if VoLTE and VoWiFi would work and he said yes.

I can confirm that both are working with eSIM on an S22 Ultra.

How to lock this band/Signal (mentioned in attachment pic)
By engineering mode on
Mobile: RN13 pro+

Can someone explain what is meant by these terms (CI, eNb, PCI,CID,TAC)
I used to do this on MTK chipsets by using MTK engineering mode app. You just need to uncheck 800, 900 and 2100 MHz bands in 4G.
But strange thing is Telenor only has 8.8 MHz spectrum in 1800 MHz band 3. How they are using full 10 MHz spectrum for LTE? My guess is they have borrowed 1.2 MHz spectrum in band 3 from either Jazz or Zong.

There are usually multiple PCIs on the same tower, they're there to identify individual cells/antennas that are facing in different directions for 360 degrees coverage around the tower.

Both your phone and tower will automatically decide which PCI / cell to connect to for optimal performance.

Jazz introduced Rox in competition with Ufone's Onic. But their packages are very expensive and have less resources as compre to Onic. And it doesn't have resources roll over facility as well. A failed attempt imo

So, i am thinking about getting a pixel phone but does Carrier Aggregation work on Pixel phones in Pakistan ?
Yes, which model are you going to buy?
Please be aware that Google does not officially support VoLTE, VoWiFi, or 5G functionality on Pixel phones for networks in Pakistan. This means you may not be able to use these features on your device.
