If there are none, complain about the franchise and visit again. If they persist with their stance, call the helpline again while you're there and ask the helpline representative to guide the franchise personnel for assistance. They will be forced to issue you an eSIM.

Visited the franchise again this morning, showed them Twitter screenshots of my conversation with Jazz and told them I called Jazz as well. Both confirmed that prepaid can be converted to eSIM.
Now the franchise staff came up with the excuse that 'hamare paas eSIM nahi hai'.
How can you run out of QR codes???
He said just go to main service centre in Islamabad and do it there. So according to his own logic, prepaid numbers can't be converted but the service center will magically convert it for me?
