Any zong employe here ..any update about zong VOLTE when will lunch commercially in Pak
Their testing phase will last, God knows until when. My cousin is using a Smart 7 phone, and on that phone, Zong VoLTE is working. I have never seen anyone else using Zong VoLTE. If you call them for activation, they will register a complaint regarding it, and the next day, someone will call you just to inform you that the service is in the pilot phase, and soon all Zong users will be able to use it.

Do you think they will launch VoWiFi along with VoLTE or that might take another good 2 years?

Not at all. They are just God Know why late in launching VoLTE and VoWiFi. Otherwise they are faring well in the market.
When light goes zong tower off like telenor ,no expending coverage like telenor Avery customer are complaining regarding their services but not alternating against zong I think after telenor and ufone merger zong lose customer because Mosley tolenor customer switch on zong

In your area Zong might have antenas on Telenor's owned tower. And Telenor is not running towers on deisel during loadshedding.

Anyone has observed with Ufone's VoLTE that when it is enabled and I am on a call and someone tries to call me, neither "Call Waiting" works nor do I receive the MCN (Missed Call Notification). There were many calls were being missed which I had no clue about.

I disabled VoLTE yesterday and everything is back to normal.

In this price you can only get used phone which has strong CA support. Try getting Redmi Note 10 Pro.

Thanks for you suggestion, will look for one. In box pack I only find Samsung A04s which shows CA support in GSMArena, but I am not sure if it is indeed supporting it because Samsung has not mentioned it anywhere.

I don't think A04 is capable of CA. But I also got another phone in mind and that is newly launched Motorola G54. It's official price is 50K but you should get it in 45K in market. Its above 40K of your price range but it comes with 5G dimensity 7020 hardware and 8+256 GB DDR4 and ufs 2 storage. It also has strong 4G+ support and 5G support for future proofing. You can also search OLX incase it is available in slightly used condition.

The Galaxy A04s (SM-A047F) with the Exynos 850 chipset is capable of Cat7 LTE, which is 2xCA.

Not great, and definitely not future proof, seeing that Jazz and Zong are already deploying 3xCA with 4x4 MIMO and 256-QAM in some cities.

Avoid the Galaxy A04 (SM-A045F) and Galaxy A04e (SM-A042F) with the MTK Helio P35 chipset, CA support isn't guaranteed on those.

Look in to @zafarabbasrizvi 's suggestions because buying a used mid-ranger or an older flagship would be better.

Where did you check the MIMO specification? I could not find it on Samsung's official website, for example, for my Exynos 1280 (in Galaxy A53).

Samsung doesn't publish MIMO specs, but if you do want to see modem capabilities, check the Samsung Semiconductor website, not the specs page for your phone.

Here is the link for Exynos 1280:

Now, technically the A53 does support 4x4 MIMO, but it's only specifically mentioned for the US variant (SM-A536U), for compatibility with US 5G networks.

I'm not sure if the international variant (SM-A536B) sold in Pakistan supports it as well, because 4x4 MIMO requires 4 physical antennas in the device itself, which isn't common on mid range phones and Samsung does manufacture phones with the same body but different antenna configs internally, so it's entirely possible they didn't include it for the non-US models.

@smkh1 Qualcomm's snapdragon 6XX series doesn't support CA and Mediatek's only Helio G99 supports CA but not in all devices. Snapdragon 7XX series that too above 732G supporta CA. You can look phones with these chipsets.
