    run tracert for both servers from different areas as you said. It will reveal what route ptcl is using for both. If irs same route then something else is wrong.

    PTCL is total piece of shit... .they just keep giving away bandwidth without upgrading their servers..... 2MB connection pe 1 ghanta bhi 1Mb se uper nai jati baki time 0.8, 0.7 .....PTCL ke apne servers pe jab 56 ms ping ati hai to Battlelog pe kya khak 200 se neeche ayegi .... 4 MB connection...

    On a 2 MB PTCL connection I get 100 - 200 Ping on Weekdays ...And 300 Above on Weekends.... Which region do you guys get the best ping from? For me its Singapor.
