    Weird Problem with my PC

    more or less same thing happened to me but the difference was that my system got stucked and resume normally by itself or you can say that booting took time for about 15 minutes even going in BIOS took 15-20 minutes problem got resolved when i changed the casing (wtf)

    same thing happened to my hard drive 80 gb maxtor but i changed it and got a new 320 gb it again start making same noises. Turns out that the problem was caused my faulty PSU. Changed it and the problem resolved
