    Hmm, any suggestions as to which PSU would be better? Preferably one that is available brand new in the market. I would need a PSU with at least 700-750 Watts. I actually bought this PSU brand new about 5 months back. Should I have it claimed in warranty?

    That's a good idea. I'll check the connections again. Strangely enough, my system is working fine now (except for that boot-up issue) and games are playable just like always. Image from HWInfo attached for reference.

    Yeah, I was thinking the same. I can safely say Windows isn't the troublemaker here. As for the HDD light, it doesn't light up for the first time. Though it light ups perfectly fine for the 2nd and 3rd times. No blinking, just like when it is in full use.

    Sadly, in my case this happens every time whether I shut down my system properly or not. I'm just thinking if this is related in any way to the system restart issue I started facing today.
