Bottleneck and performance issues.

Hello everyone, I've been having trouble with my pc recently or for a while now during gaming or even using the pc, I can't seem to load the textures in video games fast enough, and if they do load, first matches, they stutter sometimes randomly during intensive moments, and sometimes my pc seems to be slower when im in game and want to alt tab or even close the game(or even after i close the game, i have to wait roughly 4 mins or 3 mins to just start using my pc again), alt tabbing to open a folder takes a long time, 30+ seconds, and trying to play music takes a while too,

Any help?

My specifications are:-

Nvidia Gtx 1050ti
Intel Core i5-3570
8Gb ram DDr3
1 Tb Hd
cx600W PSU(Corsair)
Mainboard(according to CPU-Z) Vig655M of Viglen

Any of these could be slowing your pc:
1. 8gb ram is actually considered quite low these days
2. There is a virus in your system
3. Cryto mining Malware
4. Your hardrive needs to be defraged
5. Have you checked if the cpu is being overheated? Maybe thermal paste needs to be changed.
6. Your overall case temperature?

Two things: check the temps at high ooad and secondly a strong recommendation would be to swap out the hard disk for a 512 ssd and if that's too expensive then at least get a 128 GB ssd for the OS. That'll only cost you around Rs. 4000.
Trust me, I've had this issue and switching to SSD will definitely help!

This Pc is quite new, Built it completely with brand new Components about a month ago, and my cpu/gpu temp seems to be stable all the time, no overheating is caused or any overheating issues, or even heat issues, the heat seems to be at a normal temp (around 61 During gaming on gpu and normal 50-51-45 during non gaming)

I have ran malware bytes and removed every possible virus from my computer, My hard drive has been defraged, Razer cortex doesn't show any defragment needed, i also use Microsoft Windows antivirus(native windows 10) and its active, still shows nothing, but still the pc is slow.

Nowadays samsung 860 evo 250gb costs 7-8k brand new, check czone.
And 120/128gigs are way cheaper, as low as 3700rs on czon.com.pk

1. Ok so windows anti-virus is very basic. Use Bitdefender or Kaspersky. They both have free versions.
2. Try adding another ram stick and see if that improves the performance. You may be running out of memory
3. What games are you playing?
4. Can you run a game and then open the task manager and post a screenshot? Might help to se see whats taking a toll on your resources.
5. Adding a ssd will only improve game loading times but it won't necessarily help in better gameplay performance. It might be helpful in a handful of games but only a small minority.

Seems like some malware or virus interfering as others have suggested. Do a whole system scan with a reputable antivirus.

Whats the health of your HDD? Is it new? As for the SSD that wont help in your issue because something else is hogging up your resources. Sure it will decrease the booting of windows and game loading times but your issue is something else.

If all else fails, a clean install of Windows should help.

Keep your task manager open and monitor the CPU, memory, disk and GPU tabs. That might give us some idea as to what is causing this issue.

I have done malware bytes search and i'll do it again for the sake of this , and my HDD is pretty new, a month old by now, but the problem still persists, it won't even let me open google when i alt tab in games, searching for a game and wanting to watch something or google something.

use adwcleaner or hitman.....swap too ssd ....imo ram isn't the issue

I'm gonna try adwcleaner right now, Wouldn't the problem be the motherboard as well? since it does not even have a support for usb 3.0.

adware can be taxing on even the most powerful machines...so thats what u need to rule out first mate....

HItman pro x should be tried after adwcleaner

Even a new HDD can malfunction sometimes. Anyways, have you tried opening task manager and observing which tab is going to 100% (CPU, Memory etc)?

As for the motherboard, I have personally never heard about that brand. Still if all else fails I'd suggest a clean install of Windows and might be worth a try to update your graphics driver (or roll back if this started occuring after any driver update).

What's funny is that this motherboard is supposed to be an MSI motherboard, H Series or something with no support of 3.0 ports, but according to cpu-z, it shows Viglen, now im confused on why an msi motherboard shows that, even though inside the PC it even states ''MSI'' and the model of the motherboard, I forgot the model x.x, i'd have to reopen my pc.
