Tired of PTCL's BS

I live in Wapda Town, Lahore and currently have PTCL's 8mb package and its garbage. Specially during peak hours and i face constant lag and disconnection issues with PTCL. Never had these issues in Saudi Arabia and its really bothering me. Despite the game server being in Singapore, i get 120-140ms ping which i believe is not optimal at all as i used to get around 56-90ms ping to EU servers and 140-160ms ping to East US servers which were around 10,000+ km away back in Saudi Arabia. PTCL's routing is trash. I have tried contacting support but they are not doing a single thing to fix my issue, they are only good at talking crap to customers, so can anyone please recommend me a better ISP in Wapda Town, Lahore? I play Rainbow 6 on PC.

Ping to ns3.ptcl.net & 39.39.39.39
If itsless than 50ms, You got perfect routing to local servers, International routes got issue at the inteernet exchanges all country

PTCL is literally garbage, i have heard that WorldCall is available but i don't know how it will perform and i never had any routing issues in Saudi Arabia, even on international servers as i mentioned before.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
