Try changing your DNS server to OpenDNS. Log into 192.168.100.1 using USER: telecomadmin and PASS: admintelecom. Then go to LAN -> Server Config -> and add the OpenDNS IP (google it) then restart.

Well I am getting very slow browsing since 2 days now facebook and even instagram is taking forever to load pics etc ..... What's wrong with Stormfibre it was wroking find i have switched to SF from WC to avoid speed/timeout issues with the service now what is wrong is SF .... I tried the twitch website and its buffering for me as well.

stay away from storm fiber their services are going down the hill i am experiencing streaming and browsing issues from past few days and last two days there is an upstream maintenance going on so its pathetic now. i suggest to wait for transworld

I'm not a Stormfiber fan but this is just wrong and misinformation. The upstream maintenance is being carried out by TW so they are affected as much as everyone else which includes SF, FB etc

Can confirm that my connection is back to normal within one day. Watching streams at 1080p60 on Twitch with no buffering, browsing is as fast as ever, downloads are perfect. The only issue I had was my ping to Azure servers, which have apparently been fixed as well. All in all, a happy customer!
We have disabled traderscore and are working on a fix. There was a bug with the plugin | Click for Discord
