Guys two days ago one of PG member contacted me on my mobile through SMS for smart watch I was selling.
everything was finalized but before sending payment he asked me to send latest pictures of the product but at the same moment my monthly package got expired so I couldn't reply to his SMS.
after renewing my package I replied to his msg and then I came online and saw negative trade score from him.
now he is not replying to my msgs.
how can I remove this negative score?
