PNS babur Collides with INS Godavari

bad move by Pakis! gud for fun n moral of public but shows something bad about our discipline n professionalism!

anyway lets hope captain is not called by his bosses for showing off this "top gun" flyby kinda stunt, could have damaged the hull n possible sinking

A Comment explaining the situation:

While overtaking the PNS Babur did come closer than normal,but the actual collision happened due to panic of Indian ship. If the Indian ship had maintained course and speed,no collision had happened.
You can clearly see the indian ship's Rear swinging towards Pakistani ship. That happened because the man on helm had given hard over to port and the stern of the ship swung in the opposite direction to starboard and hit the Passing Pakistani ship.
India needs to train their navy,not to panic and keep calm.

SO NO. PNS Babur didn't "intentionally" hit the vessel.

Hamari Awaam bhi 1 number ki jahil hay. Iss qism k incidents ko "Achi cheez" saamjh k boost kar rahay hain and Misguiding the people. Morons.

whoops!.....sorry for the late reply, my bad.
This video is from around the time when ransom of MV SUEZ hostages was paid by Pakistan (via Government help and donations).
GODAVARI raced to reach the distressed ship for forcefully picking up survivors, request that was denied by MV SUEZ. Later it hampered BABUR's operation of providing assistance to the distressed ship. BABUR paid in kind after completing its mission and chased the nuisance away. The video shows BABUR approaching in straight line to pass very close (a bold manoeuvre), if GODAVARI had'nt chickened out and stayed its course then there would have been no collision. The sudden alteration created a suction which caused the brushup. The crew was just enjoying (on both sides as seen from videos from both sides), although BABUR had a much much more enthusiastic crew. The overall atmosphere was charged,yes but it was no more then what you see on WAGHA border at sunset.
