Well Sub Accounts can be opened with any renouned Brokerage houses having good past track record and have good name in the market. It is mandatory thing for the one who wants to buy stocks. For investors who wants to buy stocks to gain dividends / bonuses can open their CDC Investors account in CDC (Central Depository Company) in that account you can deposit your shares only like you deposit your cash in Banks. You can not trade directly from CDC Investors account and for trading purpose you must open a sub-account.
Shares in electronic form can be traded anytime during business hours of KSE and if same are converted into Physical shares need to convert into CDCbefore trading.

According to the AKD trading website you have to provide "Tax Clearance Certificate" when withdrawing the entire amount in your account with them:
