It has soo many issues!!!!
CS online is full of hacking and sxe is now almost useless to prevent hackers.UCP is new and better for sake of playing hackless game.has alot of bugs but nobody cares now about the bugs because they know the game is safe and fair + it disables scroll ducking method which is great.PM me your name n number.

Well my CS is Protocol version 48.so i hope u can get this version also.and for UCP its simple just download and assign the path then after installing ucp creates icon at desktop itself.
