Well if theres one thing a human mind has difficulty in doing is looking at a single thing from 2 different perspective.

If there are tons of credible stuff on disapproving existence of "supernatural beings" then so are there against that theory.

wht ive found tht sometimes when an incident happens ur brains gets something like 2 signals of the same event
making u believe u have seen it all happen as it happens

And I thought that I was the only one with this type of experience. Sometimes, I witness an event, I know it all just a split second before the incident.

I made this thread for discussing PN experiences (spirits, and demonic encounters). If any of you have any, then post them. If not, then kindly leave. I can disprove all of you about your disbelief in PN activities, but I am trying my level best not to take the discussion there.

@ Shahbazal Pretty intense man. Up until recently – only a week back actually- I was sleeping, and then I suddenly woke up, and saw a woman standing right next to my bed through hazy eyes. She disappeared the next second.

@ Bad Mofo There is not a single, complete scientific evidence available anywhere that can completely disregard the existence of spiritual world. Therefore you are wrong, and the rest who have shared a thing or two are not.

Science can never explain the existence of humanity either, heck nothing can. The spirit world, and the paranormal phenomenon are experienced by many around the world. Just because YOU haven’t seen anything, doesn’t make you any authentic than the next person. It is just a matter of experiencing something, that’s all.

If you do not believe in PN, then you should never believe in religion, because there is not a single evidence in the world that can prove God exists. That is also the working of your fickle mind…Discussion closed.

I love how everyone has taken sides on the matter. I am currently studying at UCLA and have taken a ton of psychology classes and can thus relate to what some members are saying about how the mind triggers hallucinations and has numerous capabilities that the average man would never even know of. But being a follower of religion it is equally important to develop a balance. The Quran says that the paranormal exists, science cannot and will not ever be able to deny or prove it, thus faith and science can go hand in hand on the matter. Where would we be without prayers and where would we be without medicine? Therefore, any firm follower on science NEVER says that something is true or not, it is just backed by evidence and when that changes so does a scientist's view.

Anyways, this is a little narration of what went on in my life:
I used to work for Target in Cerritos and the store has a basement receiving dock. Being one of the Leads at my store, it was always my responsibility to make sure that the receiving doors and freights were all turned off and closed at night. I noted that whenever I went down there it was always really really cold, but I never really dwelled on it much, cause it was the basement. But things got worse, I'd go down there alone and hear keys rattlling, certain cold spots (like one area would be icy cold and the rest fairly warmer), and at times I would close the doors of the freight and when I would go back up to the monitor room, the door would be wide open with a door stopper as well :S. Anyways, I never really got to the bottom of what was going on, but I was told that I was not the only one experiencing that crazy shit.

Please do not bring psychology into this, because the psychology is mainly based on hypothesis, and is not proven to fully realize its own last two clauses.

I was at a friend's house and we were getting baked ... he tells me that he'll be back in a bit as he's going to the store to get some smokes ... I sit there alone ... waiting ... then I hear this faint sound of a child screaming ... I thought it was coming from the street somewhere or something ... and all of a sudden that faint sound became REALLY loud, as if the kid was standing right next to me ... my ears were ringing like fuck ... I didn't sleep properly that night. lol

@ ssshaah Who ever said Psychology is just a hypothesis? Get your facts right. All biochemical knowledge concerning our minds comes from Psychology. Wow! It is because of Psychology that we understand the complexity the human mind. Dont make blown-out, baseless statements, especially in-front of a Psych minor at UCLA !

I have studied Psychology as a separate subject myslef. Hypothesis was a genralized term for everyone's understanding. So no, I have made no baseless statement. As a minor then, you would know about the four main psychology clauses then? And you also would know, that only two of them are practically possible in Psychology? Then there is also the conflicts of different schools of thoughts etc etc. And as far as the study of human brain goes, then I would put my money on neurology and other related sciences more.

No dear Neurology branches from Psychology infact again they co-exist. Psychology is the "chemical functions that go on in the mind relative to the mind itself" whereas Neurology stems from Psychology an is more of a medical science. To put it as an example, Neurologists find a problem in the way a brain is functioning, Psychologists find a drug that might cause it and a drug that might fix it, Neuorologists apply it. Your looking way more into the 2 clauses involving the PSI, and I agree its crap.
Yes, I do know of the four main clauses of psychology, but u cannot simply throw out Psychology as a whole because of two clauses that cannot be tested. Dont diss a branch of science just because a certain portion is not fully testable. The same can be said for certain elements for all other forms of science and other subjects. Oh and there's a difference between taking a subject as a part of your career at a university level and taking it as a separate subject, but you are knowledgable on the matter. As a science major, don't demolish a building because of a hole in a wall.
Anyways, were getting off topic, but its fun to be able to talk to someone who knows stuff like this, and hard to be able to continue in an educated manner. Thanks ~

There are something like 12 to 13 dimensions or maybe more.But we can only see 3 dimensions in terms of X,Y and Z,whenever we saw a ghost or something unreal they came from their dimensions to our dimension that's why we can see them.If we were able to see all the dimension,we will find this world full of Jinn and ghost.

@ Dagamer It's the same with psychiatry. It is closer to clinial Psychology, but again holds on its own due to the fact that doctors have a qualification to administer medicine. And no, I was taling about the very basic four, generalized caluses, which involve the practical implicaions, and the solution of problems. Here psychology completely fails. The rift exists due to the disagreement between the schools themselve. Whilst, I completely agree that it would be unjust to completely destroy a whole instiuation agrumentatively based on the clauses, but you will have to admit that this is a huge issue.

Furthermore, there is the lag factor in Psychology as it derives most of its personality analysis through checklists. How can you measure emotion? This is where Psychology fails in my opinion. While Freud's dream analysis, and ESP (parapsychology) are interesting, you have to admit, there is little value in them as far as actual implications go. On the other hand, I admire the psychologists as they at least strive to study the human behavioual patterns, as it is not an easy job.
