Xbox Live subscribers can take EA Access for a weeklong trial run starting Jan. 19, according to a press release.
Electronic Arts' Xbox One-exclusive digital distribution service costs $4.99 a month, but Xbox Live members will be able to log into the platform at no cost during the sample period. They'll have until Jan. 24 to play the games included in the Access Vault, like FIFA 15, Dragon Age: Inquisition and Battlefield Hardline.

Following the free play sessions, those interested in continuing with the service can subscribe without losing any progress.
Along with free full-game downloads from the Vault, which typically includes older titles, EA commonly offers its subscribers early access to new games. In anticipation of its February releases Unravel and Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, for example, EA Access members can play up to ten hours of the games five days in advance of their official launch dates.
EA Access is available on Windows PC in the form of Origin Access. That version of the service operates similarly and just launched on Jan. 12. Unlike on Xbox One, however, Origin Access will offer downloads of non-EA titles, too.
