Better than the "Oh crap, better stay subscribed fo lyfe and manually redeem before the game is gone, while I pray that the service gets the game that is already on Game Pass" service model

and it looks like that won't be changing any time soon

At least redeeming a game keeps it tied to your account on that other service

Atleast when you subscribe you get the full catalogue (never used Netflix I'm assuming? lol), unlike on PS+ where the past games while you were unsubscribed don't mean jack (also the reason why its catalogue sucks ).

Tell us please, did Red Dead Redemption 2 ever come to PS+? Oh no wait, it also went on the service where the games leave after a while

The foooll catalogue is a moving target in itself, where only MS owned games are a constant

You know how sad the state of PS+ is when Sony itself can't bring titles like RDR2 to the service

Persona 5 is not available for PS4 owners. Sony finds a way to screw over its customers.
