Me and GH just got our consoles updated to LT+ from xboyhot... all games old/new games including AC:B working like a charm
GH update about NFS:HP!

Softmod for both Liteon and Hitachi Drives

Guys have 2 xbox 360's one 120 GB elite Jasper version with liteon drive and old 360 Falcon with Hitachi drive...both have been soft modded successfully and running both AC-B as well as NFS-HP...

for all the xbox 360 owners with Hitachi drives....

good news... no need to change drives and spend Rs. 2000/- + to change FW to LT+, to be able to play Brother Hood or NFS-Hot Pursuit...

This is tried and tested on my own Xbox 360... reading threads i came to the understanding that Hitachi drives don't support AP 2.5 checks, so i updated my dashboard using the Assassins Creed Brother hood game thinking i would be able to play it... as soon as it got upgraded i got the disk read error..thinking that i f ed my console...i did some more reading and found a way to make this all work...

unzip to usb flash drive ,put it in your 360 & power on.
It seems that the update on ac-b disk is not full,once you have installed the one from memory stick skip the tutorial & try your assassins creed disk again.

Vollah.. now it works...

Plug your USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.

1. Download the linked file.
2. Click Save to save the console update .zip file on your computer.
3. unzip the files directly on to a flash drive formated FAT32.
4. Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer.
5. Plug the flash drive into a USB port on your Xbox 360 console.
6. Restart the console.
7. When the console restarts, the installation program starts automatically. Select Yes when you are prompted to update the new console software

WARNING:extreme noob question, but, is the LT+(the new one) required just to play online or will the new games like black ops and the new hot pursuit not work on the older firmware!?

again all of this depends on what firmware the console was before the update - the method has to be tried out on older consoles - any one else done the method which ressurection has posted ..

the update i think is the complete new kinetic dashboard update

Just got LT+ for 1200Rs from lahore ,NFS most wanted and assasin creed working fine ,but there is a problem if you have bought fable 3(Dvd R not malysian)earlier and which was working fine wilth old dash it wont work after LT+ reason it was not patched,that explains why the malaysians of newer games are not coming out

it must be the version that contains all the wave 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 video partitions data

It will show .0.2 but it actually is .0.4
