The condition is VERY rough, some Swedish kid owned it before me.

HOME Button stopped working, you'll need to use the POWER button to cycle between games. (Faster than Game Suspension anyway)
Scratches here and there.
Sound is COMPLETELY DEAD.
No idea what happened, but it won't work anymore even with earphones.
