South Korean cuisine is bizarre. I remember reading an article in some magazine where a person went on a dare to eat in restaurants in Seoul.
He came back pretty sick :hah:

This is nothing. In china there is a dish. Well kind of.

They eat monkey brain. But the problem is monkey is alive at the time of eating. They cut open monkey's head from top and eat it. While monkey is screaming and shit, it is tied to some elaborate binding poles. Take that.
