windows crashing on startup

OK so i dont know whats up with my laptop it keeps crashing again n again it wont start up
i checked the report is says systemrepairoffline and problem signature 07 says corrupt registry
now here he weird this is the third clean reinstall in a month
i first did win 8 twice n then put win 7 in hopes it might be my copy of the win tht might be flawed but even in win 7 it has started startup failure.
pls advise
i cnt keep reinstalling windows again n again
n no i did not back a restore point or make a recovery image.

Most probably harddisk boot sector is corrupted, So some critical system files are not being copied correctly. (Check harddisk health via hdtune or hdsenitel

Or maybe it's a Ram related issue.
