M$ has changed the name of IE to Spartan just because of peoples' perception.

I was sort of surprised when I had the same wallpaper from my laptop on my desktop when the windows first booted up and was sort of amazed by it .

That is called synchronization.

Just updated from Windows 7 to windows 8.1 on my gaming rig.Had windows 8.1 and was satisfied with it however the experience is even better on desktop somehow (I believe its because of the mouse ) and currently I'm using internet explorer although firefox is on download and to be fairly honest internet explorer has vastly improved.Anyone still thinking that it's slow etc need to give that stereotype up now .The scrolling animation is great.The time to open a new tab is just remarkably fast and it's really satisfying.The fact that unlike google chrome and firefox,it has a lot of space on the screen is a great +1 too.Besides that,I tried my hands on the windows appstore as well for first time.Downloaded a music app I use on my phone which allows me to download English songs however the app lacks several options (even playlists,sort etc) but still is really good I believe.

Only the performance is increased in the latest version. But being a power user, i ams till disappointed by the spartan!

my Laptop shutdown while upgrading to win 10 and now it's giving me this drivers file is missing error and won't boot up so is there any way to fix it or need complete fresh install ? also it had genuine win 8, where to get genuine win 8 ? i mean cost effective way

laptops usually come with the windows key sticker placed on the back of the laptop or inside the battery compartment. Dont think you need to go and buy a new windows key just for that.
