Most consumer routers nowadays all have similar limits to how much power they can transmit at, so the signal coverage is very similar on a 3k TP-Link router, and a 30k ASUS / Linksys router.

If your internet speed is below 50 Mbps, any budget router should do just fine. Only invest in a more expensive router if you require certain features or if you have a lot of users at your house.

Most entry level TP-Link Dual Band routers can be had for around 5-10k, depending on which model.

i got few prices from media international, i thought I'd get a good one in 5k range but tp link are for 7800 and 12800
it guy from office got one access point or router spare for 4.2k 801nd i think, he said it works direct on lan no need of adapter but i need to connect my pc via lan too, currently getting very poor speed via wifi usb

btw which router model price would u suggest from below or from your own experience, i dont have any special requirements nor many people at home in daily routine except at times.

Bro check on torumart. They have a xiaomi wifi amplifier for 1850. That is what you should buy. Easier to setup than all the other options. You won't have to replace your current router.
