My main requirements are RTX 30 Series GPU and Ryzen processor.

I'm not able to find any other gaming laptop similar to this laptop's specs in karachi.

Ask one of the importers here on Market Place to import a G713QM-ES94 for you, it will be cheaper than this G14, better processor 5900HX, bigger screen and better cooling.
