My 200$ Brainwavz B400 headphones that I got from America are broken (tip came off on one of the shells) so I need to send them for repair to the company. Their closest repair outlet is in Hong Kong so I have to send them there. Can anyone tell me what the safest and most reliable way would be to send them there?

I went to DHL, Leopards courier, FedEx and TCS outlets but they all said they couldn't send my headphones (it's just the shells without the wires in the carrying case that was provided) because it is classed as an electronic item and they don't ship electronics to international locations or something.

Can anyone who has done this before please tell me if there's a way? Tell me the whole process, what I need to do to send them there, and everything.

Right now, I'm exploring the possibility of sending the headphones through the Pakistan Post. They say they'd need me to have documents and such with it, but I don't know if I wanna trust them, since my headphones are expensive and I wouldn't want anything to go wrong.

Exactly what they said.
You'll end up incuring extra costs on your bill, making the choice to buy another one a better option.

The best and cost effective way is to send it through someone who is going to Hong Kong.
And then return shipping will also incur custom taxes on it.

My advice: Buy another one instead.
