What are the chances of having an older BIOS out of the box?

I am having issues with getting a Ryzen processor and a B350 motherboard in my country (Pakistan), and my mom is going to Dubai this weekend and I asked her to get me a Ryzen 2200G and the MSI B350M Bazooka. However, I am not 100% sure if the 2200G will work out of the box with the B350M Bazooka due to it needing an update to the BIOS to work. The update came out in March 2018 and it is currently January 2019.

What would be the odds of her getting a motherboard without having the updated BIOS?
If she gets the 2200G and it doesn't have the BIOS, it's going to be a long process because I am not aware of anyone here from whom I would be able to borrow a 1st gen Ryzen to update the BIOS.

I've told her to send me a picture of the Serial Number from the store so that I can check the manufacture date and see if it was made after the BIOS update came out; what are the chances that it was made after the BIOS update date but still has the older BIOS?

You can buy Ryzen 3 2200g and B350 motherboard locally. I visited Hafiz Sohaib's (PG Premium Seller) shop in Hafeez Center Lahore a couple of days ago and he had Ryzen 3 2200g in stock along with B350 motherboard.

can i buy used ryzen 3 2200g if yes what will be th price of it?
does bios update cost money?
i was also curious that when u buy a pc from a shop then the windows are done in the pc for free or u have to pay money?

    why you are paying american rates in Pakistan. Search cheaper region like Turkey. 13k for 13 months. Ms does not care
