Warzone Low fps on EVGA rtx 3080 ti ftw3 ultra

Hello Everyone,
I was playing warzone on rtx 3070 palit gaming pro with following specs:
Processor: Core i7-10700
Mobo:. Asus Tuf B460M gaming wifi
RAM:. Corsair Vengeance LPX-3600 mhz (running @2933)
SSD:. 1. Samsung Evo plus 500 gb (windows+game)
2. HP EX950 2 TB
Casing:. Aerocool Aero One Eclipse
PSU:. Corsair RM850x
Monitor:. Dell S2721dgf 2k @165hz IPS

I was getting 140-160 fps easily with high settings and with ultra 110 fps without DLSS and whenever I turned on DLSS to quality there was an addition of 30-40 fps easily.
Now, after upgrading the GPU to EVGA rtx 3080 ti ftw3 ultra, I am getting the same fps or even low in warzone. My GPU usage is in 80s mostly and if I turn the setting to lowest it does not add a single fps at all. I am bashing my head against the wall as I can not figure out the issue at all. I have followed different guidelines on youtube and done different experimentation but still no clue.
Another thing I noticed in Game setting is that whenever some youtuber changes graphics settings in warzone there are two options i.e VRAM usage and Multiplayer and I only have the option of VRAM usage. No idea what it means and I have only installed warzone.
What could be the issue behind this low fps ?

That is weird, have you tried running your RAM at its max clock speed? And how much did the 3080 ti cost you? I currently have a 3070 and was thinking about upgrading to 3080 ti.

Also try updating your drivers, some drivers cause instability, while others are well optimized for specific GPUs.

DDU your GPU driver in safe mode then boot normally and install the latest one from the Nvidia website
