Wanna Load already installed Game on Steam library

Well here is the thing i have the game installed on my pc using REPACK
now i have bought the game on steam now what it does is it starts downloading the game from scratch in its own steam directory
i even tried to pause it and paste my installed game in download folder so it may not redownload but it was still busy in downloading all the stuff
is there any way i can load that game in my steam instead of redownloading those freaking GBs anyone familiar with the method need help

Nope, repacks don't work with Steam as far as I remember. Only Origin can pick them up.

A repack won't work, a game with crack files will.

@Pleasant I was about to post the same thread here.:shifty:. So did you find any solution of this. I recently purchased COD advanced warfare which I already have in my PC of 50GBs downloaded through torrent and cracked. If this thing doesn't work then i have to download 50Gbs again.

the repack doesnt work, if its reloaded or some other proper installation it will work i had to redownload whole thing no solution worked
