VPNs no longer working in Pakistan?

Hi guys. I just tried hotspot shield, spotflux, open vpn ... nothing seems to be working. Has PTA finally managed to block them or what?

Weird, none of the VPNbook servers are working for me either. They were fine yesterday.

Yeah they all stopped working. Ultra surf was working till last night but today it's not working. This sucks.

same here...tried uninstalling and reinstalling like ten times and all hotspot was doing was connecting and then trying again and again...btw,ultrasurf is working for me.

I'm amazed at PTA's efficiency. I mean they couldn't manage to block Youtube properly and now they can block VPNs..............Hotspot Shield and Spotflux are utterly useless if they have a single server address and if that gets blocked, the whole service stops working. SSH tunnelling too ain't a sure thing now....all PTA needs is to block the IP...

well syncing is working fine. Just completely (remember to delete chrome folders in AppData etc) remove Chrome and reinstall it.

Can someone confirm a Paid VPN service which is working? We can always group buy. Upto 5 logins at the same time are allowed I think.
Oh and is this blockage only on PTCL or all ISPs doing it?

Block at PIE = any and all ISP's in Pakistan.

And paid VPN will be blocked as well cause my personal server, which only like 2-3 people used in Pakistan got blocked as well, its IP had literally no search footprint etc. Looks like deep packet inspection at PIE.
