User Qais is a fraud

I bought a used core i5 8400 from him. After receiving payment he sent me the box and accessories without the chip. He first blamed it on courier service and he would have been right but a cpu chip doesnt weigh 200g so I doubt they were at fault. I have given him a negative trade score and i would recommend no one else buy from him. Ive given him multiple chances to fix his mistakes, Im now filing an official complaint for cyber crime and fraud.
