PC USB Over Current on AMD Setup

AoA guys, Hope you all are doing great, following is my setup and I am facing a weird problem since I got new GPU & PSU. Initially, I was having an error in Windows 10 like this, (USB Over Current error) and the USB devices were either freezing or hanging for some time and then start working again. Now my system does not even boot and the MB is showing the same USB Over Current error even before the boot screen where it shows to press that key for boot and etc.

MB: AMD MSI B450 A Pro Max
PRO: AMD Ryzen 3700x
GPU: Palit Rtx 3080ti
RAM: Corsair 16GB 3000Mhz x2
SSD1: 500 GB Kingston
SSD2: 250 Evo Samasung
HHD1: 1 TB Seagate
HHD2: 2 TB Seagate
PSU: Gigabyte GP-P850GM

3 OBSERVATIONS
1) I have read an article over the internet that this particular model has a problem but as per that article, my PSU does not fall in those faulty Serial Numbers.
2) When I was facing an error within windows, I got shocked multiple times by my casing so I put a papersheet below my casing. Apparently, It solved the problem for a couple of days, I never saw that windows error but later it started appearing again.
3) I even tried placing a paper sheet on my casing below the motherboard but still the same problem.

I am not sure what part of my PSU is causing this? Help me guys in identifying the culprit here. Is it PSU or Motherboard or something else?

Not sure about you getting shocked by the casing, but the weird USB issues sound a lot like a problem my friend was having with a B550 board.

Updating the BIOS worked for him. Lots of different AMD boards have BIOS updates that claim to fix USB stability issues, so give that a try and see if it resolves the USB issue at least.

thanks for your idea, that might solve the problem. Will update here the situation soon.

Updating the BIOS worked for him. Lots of different AMD boards have BIOS updates that claim to fix USB stability issues, so give that a try and see if it resolves the USB issue at least.

I updated the BOIS but the problem still persists!
