This game is a part of a university project that is still ongoing and the game is still in development. Due to lack of time and other commitments I am unable to devote time primarily to the development of this game. Also note that the game goes through occasional frame drops due to hardware limitations (my laptop is a very low end system) and not enough time spent optimizing the game due to time restraints

This game is to have several more features if the time is available:
1) multiplayer
2) versus mode (players turn into zombies)
3) grenades/explosives
4) weapon purchase system
5) item interaction system (throw and place items/objects strategically)
6) slow motion system
7) rewind system
8) enemy bosses (sort of like in 'Killing Floor')

Appreciate the effort.

You can use free higher texture models and characters from many different resources on internet

reddit: the front page of the internet

Free game assets for your projects!

Also you might be underestimating the amount of work it takes to do good 1) multiplayer 2) rewind system 3) slow motion 4) weapon purchase system ( purchase means having a game economy)

Thanks man, really appreciate the like and acknowledgement, also for the links to the assets, they're gold!
I've already come up with a basic economy (points and how theyre earned). The purchase system is done as well. I feel like most of the work lies in the rewind system and multiplayer. I might only end up doing the multiplayer and see if i can get it done in under a month. The rewind system may be more challenging as i'd need to create a sort of a cache for every single thing (transforms, shots fired, animations, even the code may need to be restructured a bit to accommodate that; too many things). I might not even do this, it's already making my head ache lol

Thanks bro! These are a Godsend! Really appreciate you helping out the community here. I have a few links as well that contains ripped models/resources from quite a few notable published titles, i'll find it and share it as well.

There's something that I wanted to ask as well, since you're here and you seem to be a capable indie developer. What are the job opportunities for game programmers or game developers in general in Pakistan? Do you think i'd need to make half a dozen games to catch the eye of a potential employer? I feel like that's the case

I work in AAA now, did develop alot of small projects and stuff but more of a side project stuff rather than publishable material

@V3nom is a game developer in Pakistan - in a highly respectable company...also the best person to give you some guidance //actually I think he can write a "tutorial / guide" to pakistani gaming industry on the whole...

But I would say Yes, that making good quality, finish prototype games or projects usually showcases that you can finish the job, you are self independent and know your skill.

If you don't mind me asking, what area of development do you specialize in? Also, how did you make it to the AAA industry? I personally wish to relocate abroad and hopefully work in the game industry there, so I would really like to know what route you took to get there.
