You're right, they didn't OC the memory at all. That sucks. Your bandwidth is 117GB/s because your Memory is at 1050MHz. Only Memory Clocks contributes towards the Memory Bandwidth. (and Mem. Interface as well but we can't tweak that). For e.g. My Memory speed is 1275Mhz (2550Mhz effective), so my bandwidth is 143GB/s.
Thats an okay score... I say that because your system can do ALOT more. I easily see you can break 19k mark if you OC your CPU to 4.3GHz or so and take up the GPU clocks as well.
