satellite internet is mostly for remote areas not cheap though but atleast a new development for Pakistan broadband.

Satelite two way Internet is always expensive and will have a minimum ping of 512 ms to anywhere. Unless you live on a mountain or a village with no other option you shouldn't bother with this.
