Trekking time from Lake Saif-ul-Malook to Anso Lake ?

How much hours of trekking is from Saif-ul-Malook to Anso Lake ? We have 2 days in Naran , maybe 3 . Can we cover both Saif-ul-Malook & Anso Lake in a day or a full day will be better for Anso Lake ?

Also other than Anso Lake , is it possible to trek to Malika Parbat ? Looks like it's not a normal visiting spot & requires proper climbing equipments

2 hours from Saif-ul-Malook ? & that too on foot , isn't it very short ? I've heard it's at least 4 hours if on mule

its around 5-6 hours one way... and quite strenuous. If you plan to do it, its better to arrive at Naran the night before & take an early morning jeep ride to Saif Ul malook. Reach the lake by 8:30 to 9 AM max & then move to Ansoo lake. DONT visit if you are asthmatic, as Ansoo lake is located at a very high altitude, which may cause difficulty in breathing.
