Traveling to sakurdu need advice...

Hi guys i am going on a a trip to sakurdu with friends in two weeks..
we are gonna hire a hiace car for a week to travel there so need info about how is the road conditions there...
is it safe to travel on sakrdu road i have heard that this road is quite dangerous..
anyone who has been there plz shed some info plz..
