Firstly I just want to ask a question before moving on... Why people say that the customer service of Transworld is very good and better than PTCL? because whenever I wanna complain about an issue, the customer representatives drive me crazy.
Moving on to the unstability issue. From a couple of days, my transworld 30 mbps connection has been very unstable. the speeds are not stable and are fluctuating (getting max 15 mbps) and the pings are also not stable (To TES karachi server and to international cs go dubai server). I complained transworld on their email along with many screenshots aand mentioned that I restarted the ONT router and ran the speedtests on a single pc But still those bastards Abuses will lead to banes keep telling me in reply that from our feedback recieved kindly run the speedtests on a single pc. LIKE WTF IS THIS? This happens every single time I launch a complain.
I noticed that the C-COr FTTH Mini mode (Splitter) is overheating all the time. IS that causing the unstability issue?
