Transworld Internet VS Storm Fiber (PECHS BLOCK 6 Extension)

My local internet has officially failed me many a times, I live in PECHS Block 6 Extension.

I know StormFiber,Transworld service this area, my neighbor has gotten Storm Fiber installed but I wanted to know which one is better.

If someone is living here and can guide me much better it would be helpful.

I have both. Transworld is better: better pings and bandwidth.
