Transworld internet and tv feedback required

Hello. I am currently using Nayatel in Soan Garden Islamabad. Now Transworld are about to start their services in this area. I want some feedback about it. Ping etc? Their tv service quality? And their customer support etc. Any current user who can give feedback. @murtaza12

I would suggest sticking to Nayatel. Both companies are actually on the same network line (Nayatel uses Transworld's network, I believe), but the difference is that Nayatel has the absolute BEST customer service and technical support of any company in Pakistan — ISP or otherwise.

I moved from Islamabad to Karachi about a month ago, and I had Nayatel in Islamabad. In Karachi, I have Transworld. The Internet performance and TV channel selection is very close (although TW's TV box UI is much worse than Nayatel), but the real difference is the customer support, which is night and day. Nayatel wins no contest.

Transworld is the worst for online gaming. Currently I don't have the option of FTTH other than Transworld, not recommend at all, Nayatel is much better.

They started their services in F-11, a month ago and I applied, its that day and today. No response from technical department, customer services declare that my order and payment does not exist in their system and the sales rep I met keeps on giving 15 day deadlines...

Worst of all, no record was sent my way, not one email about my order placement nor when I paid.

Nayatel is world's apart, they even have facilities like tax certificate generation on their customer portal. Yes, their services are a lot more expensive in comparison but totally worth it.

Also only buy their fake unlimited packages. You can buy all your bandwidth (1-2TB) in just 1,500 PKR while the limited packages only feature 150GB for almost the same amount. Really their sales teams need an overhaul.
