Yes Yes! They charged me for 2 months extra and the email thread went on for like 5 months. I was the one getting them to get it sorted. Their billing department has to be the most idiotic, lazy and incompetent I have ever come across in my life. Then when it got fixed, the ONT device died. It took them 6 days to replace that after millions of calls.is anyone facing over billing from TES?
TES service quality has fallen so low in the past few months or so. Its like world call levels of bad. I hope I dont have to correspond with them over anything for atleast a year for it to wash over.
I kept telling them on call to stop being like worldcall and the representative would be just embarrassed and say..."Yes sir you are right... IshaAllah kal first half theek hojaega" Their first half was fuckin 12 in the night after 5 days.
They need to get their shit together asap.
