You can only get sub 50 pings on Dubai based servers, 90-100 on Singapore based servers and 130-140+ on EU.

Yeah, KHI users get that much. Add 15-20ms additional to what you get for Lahore and Islamabad users.

i get 99ms 100 ms on seas servers on siege. weu gives me 150 and others are higher
on apex i get 101 on singapore servers.
fortnite is auto it gives 100 to 120
So as per TES's Facebook page, they do indeed offer "Triple Play Services" so I asked for a Phone line and the response, sorry but only you need Triple Play service, its a bundle, no Internet + Voice? :-/ and they are charging 100+tax per month as line rent. In addition to 500+ tax for the TV and the usual for Internet.
Yeah so took me a bit to understand that as well. They're marketing themselves as providing 'Triple Play Services' which essentially means theyre capable of providing Internet + TV + Voice BUT theyre not offering any triple play bundles so you have to subscribe to each of these services separately.
If thats not annoying as is, they are expensive AF.
I'm paying Rs 2700 (incl Tax) for a 10 Mbps connection. Triple Play would mean an additional Rs 500 per month (plus tax) and an initial investment of Rs 8000 for the STB plus Rs 100 (plus tax) as line rent for voice. All in all around Rs 3500 per month (incl tax) for Triple Play from TES compared to Rs 2600 per month (incl Tax) from Stormfiber.
Using for almost 6 months now. No regrets. The only thing I miss is a Voice/Telephone line from TES's service as they don't offer it with simply the Data connection. So I still have to keep PTCL's phone line and pay 400-500 to them each month :-/.

Yes it is symmetrical.
Make sure to test on TES speedtest server to make sure the connection between you and them is fine. If you're still getting abnormal speeds, call them back ASAP and ask them to fix it.
The weird thing is that I am getting full upload speed on my phone and office laptop, but my personal laptop is giving me unstable upload speeds.
WiFi. Connection via lan is not perfect but stable. Also on Netflix some videos are streaming at full speed while other struggle to load.

Yeah I had issues with Netflix on TES as well.
Login to your ONT and post a screenshot of the optical power page here. If those values are normal, and speed is still fluctuating, then call them and also send an email (with screenshots) to [email protected]

What speeds are you getting on speedtests (TES server) and on fast.com (Netflix servers)?
Check with a wired connection.
