I don't know regarding their similarity but regarding disadvantages of pirated software these are a lot. I was one happy pirate software user since 2004, but recently due to kmspico got a ransomware named Abuses will lead to bancrab 4.2 and my 2TB of personal photographs and videos got encrypted and dudes behind above mentioned ransomware are asking for 1000-1200$ for decryption key. This is why I always say that they don't distribute the activator just for the heck of it. There is some purpose for working newer versions of it almost every week by them.

There are many KMSPicos even fake ones the real ones are not known to cause ransomware

Get one from eBay. Lots of sellers selling Win 10 Pro Keys for less than USD 10. Safe to buy. Read description and user reviews first. I have bought plenty.

Installing Windows 10 by using a installtion disk is a common and safe method.
