And if there is no VDSL in your area, and PTCL is the only option, then you've literally answered your own question.

Perhaps check how your phone line is - sometimes the line coming from the DP to your house is the reason for all mess-ups so if you can replace that, it may help a lot.

I am getting the wire changed by the lineman on Monday, he says the wire is the issue, but I am not sure, getting it changed tho. Gonna cost me but if it fixes the issue, I am gonna be happy.
I asked them to active AnexxM on my package, so they did that, upload improved slighly, but overall line stats just suck.

Hi , bro I got ptcl smart tv installed yesterday , I want to used it with my wifi however my ptcl modem is connect to router ASUS RT-AC87U after connecting smart tv with wifi it does not work with router wifi . It does work with ptcl modem wifi but signal is weak so it is not working properly . Any advice how to get it work with ASUS RT-AC87U ?

I have a 15Mbps PTCL GPON connection. It might be a dumb question but my internet slows down to a crawl when I download something uncapped. Is there some kind of SQM type technique that I can apply within my PC to make sure that atleast the browsing is not affected much while downloading?

Hello.... i m from nowshera 0923 code...
Using ptcl from 90 era... i have 8 mb connection and snr ds is 6.2 sometimes it goes down to 5.7.

Went to exchange alot with the supoort app checked the best snr of any ptcl user so my main could b allocated to that but snr in exchange is like 22 25 to the cabinet it becomes 15 14 and to pole from where my copper wire has come to home it becomes only 6.

Any idea where to reach out for new underground wires etc and new techs in exchange.??

The only suggestion the lineman told me that i can get 20 to 30 snr with 8mb only if i get direct connection from exchange machinery or the cabinet. Cabinet is some 300 m away from me and exchange 2 km ...

Today it's more like the PTCL one around 150-ish. But boy does that Transworld via nexlinx looks hot... [MENTION=63376]shaheerk[/MENTION] is their anything i can do to switch to nexlinx route? Or can i make a request on my ISP's side?
