I am experiencing frequent Dsl disconnections.

Snr fluctuates b/w 8.1-12.2 used to be 23.5

Attenuation b/w 38.5-39.5


Now i live in bahria,if they say i have line issues how come i was having no issues a few days before.Now if there is really a line problem i am F***** as line installation is bahria's problem which they will not replace.The DSL was installed on 20th.Can it be due to pair issues(they gave me shit pairs).I hear noise in line while using phone,disconnecting dsl port from dabbi results in noise removal.Is there a grace period in which i can unsubcribe without paying bill on DSL?

First try the below method without disconnecting from dabi,you will experience snr fluctuations.Pick up the landline refresh XDSL then place the receiver back and refresh xdsl.You will also hear noise in tone.

Try removing dsl connector from the splitter and install it in the main dabbi..Go to 192.168.1.1>Device info>statistics>xDSL

SNR should be 20+

Also its should not fluctuate alot like from 250 to 130 or 170..

SHould be like 250-248-251(click of xdsl to refresh) ,in short it should remain constant.If it's constant then there is definitely issue with the line.

Now the problem is with bahria administration,they are too slow to do anything.

Just complained to PTCLCares today. Representative came and fixed everything from their end as well as mine. Enjoying full speed again. Ye hui na baat!

Charji died completely. Was getting full signals and 21 mb+ speed now getting like 2mb with 1 signal only at the same spot. Don't know what happened but service sucks ever since it stopped working due to bandwidth being finished on January 14th. Did they apply some speed restriction on my connection or should I get the device checked?

I want to know how the EVO wingle charges work . I have a EVO wingle usb but I don't use it . I have connect internet and their cabling is very poor and there's always disconnection.So I was thinking that is it possible ,for instance that I pay 1500 for a 20gb package and I can use that for as long as I like ? or is it going to last only a month ?

yes and it is FTTH! nayatel is currently available in isl/rwp! I hope it expand it's services to lahore!

that sucks,if it was 20GB limit for unlimited time,that would have been better.Otherwise I'm better off having one internet connection
