you are right about quality servers and players , back in 2006/2007 even online servers e.g MBL had quality players. I'll definitely try BF3 , by the way the team which went to india wasnt it the one lead by shaguar i forgot the clan name may be hvk or i2d

hi guys, i am trying to play counter strike 1.6 on pak servers. i have downloaded a zillion versions but i get one error or another when i try to play with sxe either the cs just does not open even, or i get command offline error or i get some other wacky error, i am really fed up now. can ne one give me links to the game or other instructions as to how to make the game work with sxe and and how to play on pak servers. its given me a headache!

well u have to download first the best version of cs from google, just search counter strike 1.6 v23b

i run counterstrike 1.6 but it does not open due to sxe injected 13.1 fix 3 (latest version)
can someone give me a link to the patch and procedure
PS: your guide is great but i dont know how to exchange patch and which patch to currently download

[MENTION=53018]muzzpro[/MENTION] You are required to install the new patch by over writing it on the "cstrike" folder (Make sure to keep a back up for all the additional commands you've applied before over writing). And, I've been using v32 of the game as well as the patch ever since and it has been working like a charm.

And, regarding that intercepting error on Win 7, [MENTION=25983]AbbY[/MENTION] shall help you out.
