Can we get jazz postpaid duplicate sim from retailer? Or only from franchise?
Because in past Telenor was giving duplicate postpaid only through their sales and service centers

Log on to eCare portal and select one of the packages there, that fixed it for me.

I chose DATA 1 (5GB) since that's what I need, and coupled with J600, I get 6GB of data and uncapped 3G/4G.

eCare doesn't work for me. Whenever I try to sign up, it just redirects to the page rather than prompting me on my phone.
