This bundle card can be directly purchased from zong franchise as well i confirmed it from zong facebook wihout giving any tax.Anyway i did easyload of RS400 there was already some balance so total amount was Rs 420 after deduction in my zong number.I think they deduct 20% fees.

well then its not wise to load easy load and get tax deductions, they should have introduced it like ufone and telenor

Yes i will enquire from Zong franchise soon about zong super card.Let see if they have it available then i will purchase super card instead of this.

The mobile network sign is always H+ and the speeds aren't 4g either. So what do i have to do? Do i need to activate a package?

First off, check if 4G/LTE option is enabled in network mode.Next, check if you are registered on the 4G network in the "service providers" option.If you are within the coverage area, then it should connect automatically; however, if you still can't connect then you need to call 310.
Note: A few days ago, the same thing happened to me eventhough I was standing close to a 4G cell tower. It was only when i called 310 that they said, "Sorry to hear this Sir, It seems that 4G was not activated on our side. I have sent your request to the technical staff." Strangely, thereafter the 4G icon appeared instantly :-?.
