yes I can lock the bands with this modified firmware, tried that with band 3 still same result, dp 4g lte have specific antennas ? i got these from aliexpress and so far performance is worst thn inbuilt ones.

Now when I switch to external antennas the speed decreases can please tell is the signals strength dropping as I know nothing about these figures
My question why speed decreasing with external antennas whn it should be improving.

Yes there are antennas optimised for specific LTE bands, or a range of bands. Most of the ones found on AliExpress or eBay are poorly made and most make little to no difference to performance or will actually make it worse, as they are doing in your case.
I've got limited experience with these external antennas, but I've bought two different antennas from a company called Poynting, they're based in South Africa, but antennas are made in China.
I bought them from Amazon UK and installed them in Pak, and I've been getting very impressive results. See if you can find a way to get those somehow, they work really well and the quality and finish of the antenna and the cable are very good.
Ther are expensive and quite big outdoor antennas, there is a huawei original outdoor antenna available these days in the market, might try that.

Good thing: I get 4G almost everywhere - weak or strong.
Bad thing: speeds are dismal in several places. I think Mobilink has fewer choked towers (they have really poor speeds in some places). They range from 0.2 Mbps to 20 Mbps (i.e.a HUGE variation), and if you're lucky, in places, you'll go higher.
Mobilink: minimum speed is maybe 1.5 Mbps or so, but even in weak signal areas, if their backhaul isn't choked, you can get something decent.
Zong is probably milking whatever they can and not fixing their backhaul. They have the signals, it seems, but when they're not able to deliver, then that's an issue.
Mobilink just won't bother patching up the coverage holes they have (and there are quite a few).
So... tough call on which is better - but if data USABILITY is your thing, then Mobilink is still far ahead (albeit with crap 2G).

My old Redmi S2 and Redmi Note 7 supports Telenor VoLTE but somehow newer devices like POCO F3, M3, Xiaomi 11T Pro and Mi 10T does not. I complained Telenor via service and feedback app through 8 different devices and they acknowledged the issue and said that R&D department has started work on it. All you can do is forward complain/issue via service & feedback app so that they can realize that more and more users are complaining about this issue so that they can add support as soon as possible.
I also have Redmi 5A(SPD425) older device but it doesn't support volte. I have checked Redmi S2 miui 12.5 modem & R5A both modems are same. I will complain it for sure.
Is zong blocking Mega download site ? Can anyone else confirm this ?
Its same on mobile and laptop aswell.

It opens and download fine on stormfiber aswell, but when connected to zong through mifi gives this error. Its stupid of zong if they are blocking it because of downloads. Just like they use to throttle torrents during peak hours.
It's quiet here. Either everyone's happy, or so frustrated that they've given up.

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
