Studying from the eBook posted by OP atm, thanks for making sure its legit :p

Also,are guess papers reliable?
My friend sent me one for History they were by Junaid Akhter,I didn't pay much attention to it and just studied like I always do.
The guess paper was disappointing because most of the stuff there didn't even come in the exam except for 1 question from a topic mentioned in the guess paper.

He sent me one for Geography yesterday and I'm doubtful if I should follow it or not.
Man, what are you talking about? I only studied from Junaid Akhtar's guess paper and Ma'am Ghazala's guess paper, and did no other topic( cause I started 15 hours before the paper :p ). EVERY question in the paper was from it.The only problem was of time.

That's not what it matters, cuz I have Maths paper 4(paper 2 in GCE way) with English Paper 1 and wanted to give more time to Maths so I cud get A* in maths :D English even B is okay
You high or something?
An A non star is better in both than an A* and a B

Remember, the A* is only as important as the A outside Pakistan!

I've got English too. Any tips?

And does anyone have proper formats for Articles, Newspaper reports and Letters? The ones I was taught in school look fishy to me.

Don't insert fancy words unnecessarily.
Aviod argumentative essay.
Focus on content as well. Although they say that in English paper you are marked according to your grammar, make sure that your essay is not boring. Keep a balance between vocabulary and content so that the essay flows as one and the checker doesn't have to open the dictionary every time to check a difficult word.
Keep a check on word count especially in summaries because the board hires people to just count the number of words.
That's about it.

For letter, here is what I have been taught:

Your name
Your address
Your contact information
----------------------
Date
----------------------
Recipient's name
Recipient's address
(Not sure if a line has to be skipped here, but it only seems logical to do so)
Salutation
Subject
(Body of the Letter)
Formal close (Your's faithfully/sincerely)
Signature
Name.

I'm sure this is the format for the letter. I'm just skeptical about where the lines have to be skipped.

As for Speech writing, there's no particular 'format'. Just have an interesting opening with a proper introduction (+ Don't forget to mention your name). Use one-liners, interesting words etc. Ask a few rhetorical questions and make sure that you cover all the points in detail instead of mentioning irrelevant things that would otherwise bore the audience/examiner.

I've never been interested in Argumentative Essays, so I can't say much about those except that you can either choose to cover both the pros and cons of the topic given, or just give a one sided argument. Use quotations, if possible. I would avoid this though, since Argumentative Topics require you to have knowledge about them beforehand. If you do have the knowledge, don't attempt it just because the topic seems interesting.

Go for descriptive. That's what I always do. Get a few good adverbs and adjectives, along with knowledge of similes and metaphors. Also use personifications and alliterations to make the essay interesting. I also tend to write about all my five senses when being asked to describe something. It may get slightly boring at times, but with the proper words, you can grab the examiner's interest.

Could someone be kind enough to post the correct format for letter writing, speech writing and argumentative essay?
There are two types of Argumentative essays - discursive and persuasive. Discursive essays require you to explain both the pros and the cons of the topic. Persuasive essays need to be very convincing, enough so that you're examiner agrees with your opinion. You usually need to insert a couple of related facts and statistics (optional) in these essays. I would only suggest you to do an argumentative essay if you get a topic you're confident you can nail. For example, if you have some knowledge about WW2 and Pak Studies - History (DUH) you could easily do an argumentative essay on something like: War has devastating effects, we should negotiate instead. Insert stuff like how people were and still are affected in Hiroshima, Nagasaki due to the nuclear bombing and you could also mention that War is very financially taxing on a nation. You could mention the example of the Mughal Empire. 'It is claimed that the Mughal Empire almost went bankrupt due to prolonged wars with the Marathas during Aurangzeb's reign. If you have an active interest in History, Current affairs, Debating etc you should be able to score well here.

For the other two topics, refer to what Xerolt said.

My cousin is giving his O level exam and he told me that due to difference in time zones, the indonesians and malaysians conduct the papers two hours earlier than pakistan. Anyone has insight on this?

Yeah, it happens all around the world. That is why CIE doesn't allow to share answers before 24 hours have passed.

For a formal letter, the position of the recipient is also required for e.g. the Principal.

@MrDeadman
Though the exam is over, I know for sure the address is NOT a requirement since the question tells you to start the answer from 'Dear Potato,'.
