@Voodoo seen the crazy prices on these new gpus i have reverted back to rx 580 in cross fire , you will see now a flood of used 200 series gpus in the market as the 3070 . 3080 are more powerfull then a rtx 2080ti .

Back in the day you, docky and the other used to benchmark the shit out of the new hardware the day they were released and it was something special.

times have changed - but i do plan to do some benchmarking with older gpu and amd 2950x with amd 580x crossfire - these gpus still do give you good gaming performance .

@Voodoo rx 580 still has plenty of power in crossfire to play the latest games in full setings , doom eternal in 1080p / 1440p ultra is 60 fps above no drops with 2950x stock , read dead redemption custom options 1080p nearly high setings in HDR over 60-70 fps , in ultra it was 38 - 40 fps no drops .

for a rs.25000 gpu this aint bad

Bro cant find a decent used 580 8gb for 25k now people are demanding 30+ for these cards I am a fool I sold both for 44k earlier this year.

@smaaz i got them in june from shakir traders , regular customer of theres , decent prices , yes now ppl are demanding a lot trust me rdr2 quake / others game are butter smooth max setings in 1080p , in rdr2 1080p high setings / hdr geting over 60 fps in cross fire cant ask for more .

2080ti is bested by a 3070 now - wait it a bit market will be flooded with nvidia gpus very soon .

brother , sadly several factors have made gaming PC out of range of most people here , 1080p gaming is still possible with used 470/1060 or so, however hardcore gaming & benchmarking has become a dream

As for now, I think RX 580 is very much low budgeted option, specifically for 1080p and Ultra/very high settings, but with the exception of some games. Coping 60 FPS in latest titles has certainly been not possible for 580.

hello doc - yeah gaming rig is now an AMD 3900XT with X570 Taichi and 3200mhz , with Crossfire 580 sapphire over clocked and a 34inch 144hz Freesync monitor

well dont do ultra setings i have them in crossfire and i am geting 60fps with slight tweaking here n there - for very heavy games like RDR-2 in crossifre i am playing it at 1440p with ultra and geting 60 fps constant .

for 4k i have to dial sown some setings and tweak it - but again it touched 60fps .

with 1080p ultra setings i get over 75 fps

forget about GPUs now , i bought my asus RTX 3090 for 1800 euro in germany in october 2020 brand new and now people offering more then 3000 euro for it.RTX 3080Ti is almost $2000 starting price (leaked prices) ..hard disk prices will shoot up too because of that shity chia mining,
