EDGE E3 demo preview:

It started out with a kiss, and to be honest we'd have preferred if it had stuck with it as well.

It felt a little like a studio that wants to have its cake and eat it as well, the sweet kiss between Ella and Dina suggesting a game that wants to carry its medium forward, but what followed showing that we're not really getting anywhere.

Initially felt the same way. The kiss was the only standout moment from the whole demo.

Have you seen the majority of PG crowd base ? They want either call of doody, or naked anime girls serving their pleasure. No room for actual mature themes and topics here

"P" dominating the "G" in "PG". Not surprising given the Pakistani norms and our threatened men. It continues to be the key issue in TLoU II instead of the game itself.

As for the "G", I hope we see more of TLoU II in Gamescom and learn something about the relationship between characters as it was a key theme in the E3 demo.

PakGamer's favorite Alanah Pearce says 100% confirmed TLoU 2 is releasing in 2019. The tweets have since been deleted.

I think Tsushima, Death Stranding and TLOU 2 are all coming in 2019.

Don't think anyone doubted that. A delay can always happen, of course, but it seems unlikely given that ND is completely focused on TLoU II and Sony's support couldn't get any better.

Yeah this year is already packed with way more high profile games than 2018. I'm expecting a 2019 announcement for CP at E3. All these games would've been in development for 4-5+ years.

For Death Stranding Kojima said way back in 2016 that it will come out on or before the year Akira is set, Akira is set in 2019 .. so it's Kojima's turn to deliver.

We've had store listings and tacit confirmation from the PlayStation Store itself that Naughty Dog's dystopian sequel is launching in 2019, and now a new hint from a games industry insider suggests we'll be hearing more about the title very, very soon.
In a ResetEra thread discussing The Last of Us 2's potential release date, a user by the name of Aokiji - who accurately leaked the existence of Sony's State of Play internet show before it was announced earlier this year - said that "considering we’re getting an official TLOU2 update before E3, [it] would be really weird if it wasn’t 2019 now wouldn’t it[?]."



I certainly hope there's something big planned for this month!
